Ever wished you could design an outfit for your favorite character? Well, even if you didn't, here's your chance! Each month I'll put up a new character and a new theme to dress the character up in.The Rules
o1: Only one entry per person
o2: Doll MUST be created by you using the girl doll builder or the boy doll builder
o3: Do NOT use the premade outfits! This must be entirely your own design
Entries can be submitted until midnight on the 23rd of the month. Voting then occurs from the 24th until the 1st of the next month.
